Voided bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: data errors, obvious pricing mistakes, event cancellation, or where the platform determines that a bet was placed using information not available to the general public at the time of placement.
Maximum payouts: Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed in the betting rules section and may vary depending on the sport and market type. Winnings that exceed the maximum payout cap will be settled at the maximum amount rather than the full calculated return.
All sports betting disputes are reviewed by the 366bet trading team. Decisions made by 366bet on sports betting matters are final and binding once the review process is complete.
